I 94 validation and Out of Status
Hi, After my MS, my OPT/EAD expired in Dec 2004, and I haved Feb 2005 date with 60 date grace period in my I 20. My I 94 has D/S. So does 180 days period(b4 unlawful presence) applicable to F1 as well, if so does it start from Dec 2004 or Feb 2005. Kindly let me know. Thank You Gokul- gocool0
