Can a person have B1 and H1-B at same time ?
Last year one of the companies in US applied for my H1 visa.It got approved but is yet to be stamped. This year my company in India requires me to go abroad on a B1 visa.Currently i have two visa recepits one for H1 and one for B1.Both are not stamped yet.
