He is with the same company and same position on which he had his L1 visa. I was advised that his L1 is invalid as he got GC irrespective if he remains in same job/role. Hence wanted clarification.
Since my husband got his green card, can he continue to work on L1 (same company, no job change) or he has to transfer to green card immediately. One other lawyer I contacted mentioned that I have to stop working immediately because my husbands L1 is no longer valid as he got his green card.

I'm on L2 and currently working as my husband is on L1. We both applied for green card/EAD through my daughter who is a US Citizen. My husbands green card was approved and mine is still under process. Even my EAD (C9 category) is under process. Our current L1/L2 is valid for one more year...

I am on the 7th year extension of my H1-B as
my labor is in process. If I get laid off at this point,
can I use the remaining time on my H1-B. I
understand that my GC process has to start from
scratch again.
