    generally i have seen people being asked about the US equivalancy. just get it evaluated. the cost is not that much but it will be a great help and one less excuse for Interviewing officer to send you back.

    if you are out of status for the past 6 years, you are subject to 10 year bar from entering US (if more than 364 days passed from I-94 expiry, you are barred for 10 years). talk to a lawyer to find out if you qualify for a waiver (i doubt that) :(

    i think your wife will be fine. generally USCIS accepts the degree evaluations by a US evaluation service. as long as your wifes degrees are translated and evaluated by a US evaluation service she should be fine. you can find some of the evaluation services on this website. http://www.naces.org/ :)

    I agree with LucyMo. the USCIS will need the completion certificate. there are people that finish a 12 year schooling in 18 years. that doesnt mean they have finished it. plus when it comes to USCIS you should take into concideration that they are a Bureaucratic system. but give it a try...

    NL from KCC came in. letter is dated april 13, and it was delivered on april 23. the address is in US so it would take sometime for foreign addresses to come through.

    Returning I-94 from canada

    if you flew to Canada, airlines should have collected it. if you drove to Canada, Canadian border agents collect it and return is back to US side. it is on the back of the I-94.
