I agree with LucyMo. the USCIS will need the completion certificate. there are people that finish a 12 year schooling in 18 years. that doesnt mean they have finished it. plus when it comes to USCIS you should take into concideration that they are a Bureaucratic system. but give it a try...

NL from KCC came in. letter is dated april 13, and it was delivered on april 23. the address is in US so it would take sometime for foreign addresses to come through.

if you flew to Canada, airlines should have collected it. if you drove to Canada, Canadian border agents collect it and return is back to US side. it is on the back of the I-94.

There is a big difference between credential evaluation in US and Canada. The US system use private sector evaluation services like the one I have already mentioned. Majority of US employers take your word just by seeing your degree and official translation (if it is in a foreign language). If...
