2002 - I140 Pending Applications
While it is sad, it feels good (in some sort) to know that I am not the only one with a pending case since 12/2002. It seems that cases filed in 10/2002 are being processed. I have read in several occasions about approved and/or denied cases filed in 10/2002, but nothing for later days...- AneesHarhur

Update on USCIS website
Does anyone know someone with a pending NIW or EA at VSC since 2002? My RD is 12/2002. I am wondering how longer it wll be before I could learn something about the status of my case!!- AneesHarhur

NIW approved in VSC in 5 mo
Hello everyone, This is my very first post in this portal. As with Way, I am waiting for my pending NIW at VSC (ND 12/2002). I am wondering if anyone knows someone with pending EB2 or EB1 since 2002? Does nationality play a roled on deciding who is given priority when processing NIW? Thanks,- AneesHarhur
