They are first class liars. To keep their processing dates rosy they need to invent lies. The only way to get these --rons to knees is to sue them.

I don't know what I-130 is about, although i have seen that term in forums. Is it a family based I-485 thingy ? Mine is employment based I-485 and the date labor certification was filed count as the priority date.

I think RFEs asking for copies of 10 year old documents ( and that too some of them, documents issued by INS->BCIS->USCIS ) might be coming from these new-bee nutcases.
