No idea !! Me also in the namecheck hole since July 2006 Since it is retrogressing since Dec.2007, even the WOM may not help.

May be you should be fine Since name check cleared in Oct., they might have requested visa number for you, so you could get approval even if the visa bulletin says dates retrogressed.

COngratulations ! I was waiting for my 2 year mark to file WOM, now from next month onwards India EB2 cut-off goes to Jan. 2002 :-(

If you see TSC I-485 forum, quite a bunch of 2006 filers who cleared namecheck without firing the WOM shot.

WOM or wait . If you noticed many 2006 filers who were stuck in namecheck started clearing up since oct.2007 and many got approved this month. I believe those were "simple name hit " cases. For complex cases ( many hits ) it might takes many years to resolve.

Had an info pass this morning, still stuck in namecheck I was curious since many 2006 filers cleared name check. But it seems my name check is "tough" . Wait for years / sue them. Hmmm. Next month onwards India EB2 goes to abyss. Officer said they won't send 2nd FP notice until name checks are...

AR-11 Change of address I just changed my mailing address online at uscis.gov. I got the confirmation number for AR-11 . But forgot to take print out of filled AR-11 form.Is there a way to retrieve the filled form by giving the confirmation number ?

I too have the same question May be this takes the "sting" out of I-485 based WOM law suits ? I too retrogressed ( back to Jan 02 ). Good thing that citizenship doesn't have country based quota.

For both. To apply for / to get approved one's PD should be prior to the cut-off date . Now, one might see some folks getting approved even if they are not current, that is because USCIS had pre-assigned visa numbers to them ( because name check had cleared ).
