Julfi Can you shed some light on your case. Was there a problem? Like, being out of status or jobless, etc. If you think your case was clean, then I think and pray it is approval, otherwise this could be bad news as Sidney has already indicated.

Good thought We have seen cases, where they have issued RFEs for a copy of I-140 for Advance Paroles even in concurrent cases. You would think that it is easier for them to get a copy of it from your other application. But NO, they don't want to do anything out of the box.
