    Missing previous I-20s for H1B application

    Hello, I am currently on OPT status and switching to H1B. I have all the docs required for the H1B application except my old I-20s. We can't find those (who would have known that they would be needed in the future). Could my application be denied because of this?

    Thank you. Thing is I am a bit weary of telling them to apply for H1B now when I haven't even started working. I plan to prove myself as a valuable asset first and then ask for H1B in 2-3 months. Are the chances to get the H1B if we fill in july/august still excellent?
