H4-H1 conversion-> H1 approved -> Problems with employer
I converted from H4 to H1.I got my H1B approval.My employer received my H1 Papers also. After receiving my H1 papers..My employer is enforcing me to sign an agreement which includes 15,000 USD to be paid ,if I don't serve 3000 billing hours.He didn't mention any such agreements before H1...- Reni
