H1B Visa - applied for Australian/Canadian Permanent resident
My 6 yrs are over and have my GC applied and have my 1 year H1B extension phase. I got my Australian Permanent resident visa approved. Is there a law saying that if you have the Permanent residentship of a different country then you cannot pursue any more in US ? Can there be issues...- machock

H1B From outside US ??
I have a valid I-797 (for next 2 years) and i have a US Bank account. If my company is ok with me working remotely from a different country, is it legal to be able to do it ?- machock
