H1 to H4 issue conversion
Hi, She was on H4 and applied for H1 in september 2004 got approved in jan 2005. But due to some reason his employer not giving his H1 papers. Again she want to coverted back to H4. She never accpeted the H1 and never applied for SSN also.Is there will be any issues?(Will she want the H1...- harish196
