I have received I 797 B with a valid I 94 with class H1B .MIne was H4 to H1B .I was in US while I applied and not travelled outside .what should i do??? In the petition it is written that the petition and cos has been approved. But I received I 797B Is it Ok??? :eek:

I applied for 2 H1b this year from h4. First one got approved with I 94 on October 10 , Second one got approved on October 31st without I-94. What is my status now. Can I work with approved H1 of first . Or the second one without I-94 supersedes the first one and I need to go out for...
