Change of employer affect H1 & H4?
I have H1 stamped and H4 stamped for my wife and kids from my ex employer (A) valid upto Apr. 2007. Now I have changed job to employer (B), I got H1 transfer (I797) approved. My wife and kids wants to come to US now, do they need to get H4 stamped again because their H4 was based on my earlier...- ganeshrane99
