7th year extension
I am on an H1 with company A and my husband is on an H1 in company B. Both our H1s finish 6 years around the same time. My husband's green card process is still in the Federal DOL stage. Can I get a 7th year extension on my H1 based on my husband? Thanks, Sonali.- sonaliragavan

LCA 1 year pending requirement
At what point is it considered that the LCA process has started. I need to calculate when 1 year will be over to ensure I get a 7th year extension on my H1. Is the adverstising process considered part of that 1 year or is it when the LCA application is first received by the DOL? Thanks, Sonali.- sonaliragavan
