Unused but approved H1 Petition from 2001
I have an approved H1 petition from 2001. I got the H1B visa stamped in India but never travelled to the US on that visa / petition. Can I use the H1 petition from 2001 for employment ? I am in US on a L1 now. Can I get a transfer to H1 using that petition ?- ohoprah

H1 Petition from 2001
Hello, I have a H1 petition from 2001. I got the petition approved and the visa stamped. I didn't come to the U.S. using that petition / visa. Can I still use the approved petition from 2001 for a H1 transfer to a new employer ? Please advise. Thank You- ohoprah
