H1B Quota question for H1-F1-H1
I was on an H1 for 3 years and changed to an F1. I am scheduled to go back to an H1 once I graduate later this year. I have heard that for someone who has been on an H1 before school , the H1B quota does not apply on graduation i.e. it is similar to an H1 transfer. Is that correct?- whozurdaddy
