Long Term Travel out of US when have H1
I was wondering what happens to my active H1B if I leave the USA for 1 -2 years. Can I freeze or put it on hold. If so, does it have to be through my currrent employer. When i return to the US, do i need to apply for a new H1B or can I resume on my existing H1-B. Thanks!- Foreigner111
