Hi, I am getting 60K as salary and 20 K as perdiem. 60 K wage difined my LCA. I am going to file my LABOUR. Will this per diem affect my GC process..? Please give suggestion... Thanks, -

My company is in CA, My client is also in CA. Can I get perdiem? My employer told me I have to show address out of city where client is more than 50 miles far from client. what is safe way to get per-diem? Please suggest.- any_pan
