H1B Ext/Transfer
Can an approved H1b be transferred or extended for another 6yr period if the applicant has not returned to USA for the past 2.5 yrs after residing there for 3 yrs (Job is still valid), Is this extension or transfer subject to quota availability. Thanks in advance.- pkamara
