Hi, I got my I-140 approved and I am due to apply for I-485. I also have to go to India in June(It is urgent). I understand that by June I will not be able to get EAD and AP. So, Can I go on my H1(it is valid) and come back on H1? Are there any issues? Please advise. -rusan
