    laid off 150 days after I485 application, severance covered to 185 days

    I was laid off after about 150 days into my I485 application. Severance covered me to about 5 days past the 180 day point (I have pay stubs etc). I also received my Employment Authorization Card prior to the 180 days. I went for FBI finger printing almost to the day of my 180 day point...
