I have been out of status from F-1 in 2002, Now I want to get back in status into H4. My I-94 has D/S [Duration of Stay] on it. I hope that doesn't mean it is expired. If not expired, can I fight for h4 with this I-94? what should I do in this situation? Any advice will be highly appreciated.
