H1 to H4 toH1
I was on H1B from April 2000 thru' October 2002. I am on H4 now. I do want to et back to work. Can I still use my remaining 3+ years on H1B or do I need to get a new H1B sponsored? Will I be affected by the H1B cap? Thanks:confused:- vkp
