H1B transfer and extension at the same time
Hello, I have worked for company A on an H1B since Oct 2004 and have received a job offer from company B. My current H1B expires in Sep 2007. Is company B allowed to submit an I-129 for Change of Employer and request to extend the stay (say for another 3 years) at the same time? Thanks...- gary5555
