H1 transfer pending and L1B approved
Hi, I came to US on an H1B visa and it was valid till 19th Jan 2007. Another company applied for my H1 transfer on 21st Nov 2006. My present employer filed for my L1B on Jan 04th 2007 and it got approved on 12th Jan 07. Will the approval of L1 in any way affect my H1 transfer ? Thanks...- mobius123
