Hi All, I am currently on a H1b with an employer .Can I apply for a new H1 with another employer?If I can apply, do I have to leave the country before I can join the new employer according to new rules.Also,Do I require paystubs to apply for this new H1? Please let me know. Thank you.- h1b_guy
