H4 to H1 Transfer, H4 expired, Urgent!!!
Hi, My stamped H4 expired in dec2006 but I have I-94 valid till 2009. Now I want to apply for H1 in April2007. i want to know will it create any kind of problem in the approval of my H1. I need it urgent. Please reply. Thanks- googly2007
