u can not travel while COS pending Hi, U can not travel while COS pending. if u travel it will be canceled and once again u have to apply for H1B. consult ur lawyer.- shrimshs

Travelling and returning back while H4 stay of extension pending
My wife has gone to india while our extension of stay I539 is pending. She has valid visa and will back before case is processed. My lawer told me we need to apply I 539 once again. Is there any other solution for this ? since extension is going to take another 6 month and we are palnning to...- shrimshs
