Can H4 extension and new H1 be filed together?
Hi, I and my wife have valid H1 and H4 respectively till May 2007. I am applying for H1-X and her H4 extension now. Also I am planning to apply for her H1 on 04/02. Do you see any issues with filing H4 extension and new H1 together? Thanks.- desiquery
