180 Days Job Change Information Posted Here
180 days- Is it from Receipt date or notice date I have a job offer in my hand as of 02/02/02. My RD for I485 is 07/17/01 and ND is 08/23/01. Can I take up the job I have today or should I have to wait for 180 days to expire from ND. Please advise..- Srinivasan parthasarathy
