H1-B sponsorship from own company
Would it be legal to obtain sponsorship of H1-B visa from the company owned by myself? I am on H1-B visa and thinking of incorportaing an LLC. Will it be possible for my LLC to sponsor H1-B of my own? If yes, then do I need to take care of any formalities before/after incorporating LLC?- pandyarajen
