my EAD was approved yesteday (09/20), I got an LUD for that, and today (09/21) I saw LUDs for EAD, I-140, and I-485, any body has a clue about this? Thanks

same thing here (see signature), no word on EAD/AP, there is even no LUDs :confused:

LUD: Last Update Date Using the receipt numbers of I-140, I-485, EAD & AP, you can register at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp;jsessionid=a_67FElKu7Wa, and then you can check the status of your applications.

I think you are concerned tooooooooooooooo much. relax friend. If VSC said that your file is going to sit there for a while, it is beacuse your ND is July 20, 2005 (look at peolple with ND much earlier than yours, and still no word on their cases.) As Erics said, you are the beneficiary...

There was none for me. I just got the notice at my home address.

RD: Received date, looks like the date they open the file. ND: Notice Date, date they enter the info into their system. Both RD and ND are listed in the recipt notice. ND is right below RD field in the notice.

That's what it is with my case.

Hi, This is regarding the portfolio created within USCIS website... can one add the I140 to his portfolio, bear in mind that he is the benificiary NOT the petitioner? in other words, can I add the I485, I131, I765 along with I140 to the same portfolio?

pkumar07_02, can you tell me how did you get the ND. My Lawyer emailed me just the receipt numbers, and from the Online status check I read that they received the application on 7/20. is that the RD or ND? Also can you make sure when you check the status of your I131 (AP) if they say that...
