No Title Thanks for the responses. Is it not possible to explain the situation to the interviewing officer? How many percent of total applicants get interview notice? Any thoughts... Thanks again.- gman

Folks: A friend of mine has applied for I485 in April 23th in VSC and his company is closing down. His GC approval may be coming soon.(I saw some posts regarding approval for March RDs). Does he need to be in similar job at the time of approval? I am not sure whether he can get it...- gman
