H1B trasfer before it is activated
I am currently working on my OPT (expires 31st May 2005)and want to file for premium H1B with a start date of 15feb 2005. Can I switch job say on 1st jan and file for H1 transfer ?? Or do I have to file for new H1 when I change my job?If I have to go for new H1 can I do so enven if the cap...- ekboteva
