When does I-94 expire for F-1 student before he applies for H1-b
Hello, I am on F-1 Student status. My I-94 is valid until D/S (Duration of Study). I have graduated from my University in Dec. 2003 and applied for OPT which started on Feb 09, 2004 and expires on Feb 08, 2005. But my current I-20 expires on Aug 31, 2004.
