L1 visa years isn't counted into max 6 H1 visa anymore???
in the same boat Chris... I have the same concern. However my attorney is of the impression that the years are counted. I will check with them and get back regarding the new rule.- imgp_u_123

H1-B /L1-B Issue
Hi, I first came to US on an L1-B visa and was here for 11 months. Then I went back to my home country for 4 months and returned to US on an H1-B. Will my stay in the US on L1-B status count against the 6 years I have on H1-B? Thanks- imgp_u_123
