They havent yet completed EB3 cases for October 2003. The dates can be misleading.

As per the spreadsheet, only 20% of cases filed in Dec are approved so far. How does this justify their moving the processing date to Jan 2004? People, please voice your concern here, so that Mr. Khanna can ask about processing procedures in the deposition hearing.

We need to get insight as to why the FIFO queue is not being followed and why are applications not being processed in order of their receipt?
