Hi everyone; Presently I am doing my 3 year term. Completing next yr end. My employer is willing to give contract for another 2 more years. But my doubt is how the clock start, like, 5 year term stats only from the date of I-140 approval or will they consider my already completed time in H1-B...- KUNR
