Any time You can send it before sending application to Buffalo. Offcourse you can send application after receiving FBI reply. I spoke to someone at FBI last week, they said it would take about 2-3 weeks.

I know financial requirement is must .. but FBI check can be done anytime before the interview. Many have done it and never got delayed.

No Title I support Jigesh Patel. You should not have problem for getting Canadian visa if you return tickets or some other kind of confirmation. One may not go back to India for just crossing US border to enter canada.

No Title You are welcome. Just the FBI finger print card. First of all you don\'t have to do local police check. You can submit electornic statement but get it notaried from the bank itself. I am also in the process of applying. I will be sending application form this week.
