Should I file Family based(4th catagory) GC along with EB2?
Hello Great Guru, I am currently on H1, have 4 more years left on my H1B visa. My brother is a US citizen, should I apply for family based GC to be on the safe side along with my employment based GC. Does anyone forsee any speed up in the family based GC for the 4th catagory ? Please advice... -
