Hi, Came to know that USCIS has tightened the rules to the extream. St. Louis based visa revalidation (stamping of visa) centre will no longer accept the applications and the program will end by Oct 2004. Result? All immigrants who wants their visa to be stamped in the passport must go...- vprajesh
