H4 to L1B - Issues
I was on H4 visa for around 1.5 yrs. And then the company where I was working during in India applied for L1B for me. It is now 8 months after I got the L1B approval notice. But I haven't yet got SSN and I haven't worked so far. My H4 is expiring in 2 months. By the way I am in US all these...- rejir
