Hi Satgym73, thanks for your immediate reply. I have a doubt: When I am leaving the country, how will the airlines (the ppl who get my I-94) know that I have changed my job? Can I not just give my old I-94 and keep my new one safe inside?- romeowaits

Hi all, My H1-B visa from my previous employer is valid till Jan 2009. I changed jobs and I currently have an approved I-797 (with I-94) valid till May 2009. Can I now make a trip to India and re-enter US using my previous visa or should I compulsorily get a new visa stamped? Your...- romeowaits
