    My wife, her currently status is AOS pending/ applied 3rd EAD. and H-4 visa(expire on July 2004). She can't trust NSC processing time. Does she OK to apply H-1 visa? Please, give me a comment.

    RD:07/09/2002 ND:07/16/2002 I can not trust NSC processing time, and we applied AP 09-2003 on the online status is it is taking 470-510 days this kind of case. My wife wants to get new H-1Vsa. Is that possible current situation? Please, advice me.
