Applying for H4 without H1 stamp in passport(only with 797)
Is that mandatory to get H1 stamped before h4 interview as my spouse is going for the interview next month. Iam in US changed OPT to H1. Recieved approval notice recently, not yet stamped. Thanks for your reply.. plz help if u know- venky80
