H4 to H1
Hi, I am on h4 and have got h1 approval from company A. Due to some unforeseen reasons, I have to move to company B. Can I move from Company A to Company B without starting work in company A ie can I initiate H1 transfer next month (sep)? Are pay stubs mandatory to transfer H1? Regards N- buzzusa
