    CRITICAL:Travel during H1 extension & arrive to US 2 days before expiry?

    I've a critical situation at home so need to travel soon. But there is a big prob sicne my H1B is in extension process. My current H1b is expiring on 15th Oct 2007 (with grace period on I 94 as 25th oct 2007). My company has filed for extension but it will arrive say by 25th Oct 2007 etc...
