Need help about my status
Just got Laid off. I'm on H1 visa and will expire this July. I have EAD which is valid till Aug'10 which I didn't use yet (My wife used her EAD to work). I also have AP valid till Oct'09 which I used last year Nov to get in. My 485 was applied in Aug'07. All the above through...- rishavi
