H1 Revalidation in Canada
I am going to get my first H1B visa stamp in Canada. I came to US in 1999 on a H4 and have not gone back since. I got my first H1 in 2002. Is there a problem going to Canada to get my visa stamped after so long? Which embasy will be better and quicker? Any help will be appreciated.- rava99

H1-Visa Stamping in Canada
I am planning on going to Ottawa for my H1-B visa stamping. Does any know the current waiting period for getting an appointment? I came to US on a H4 and converted to H1-B three years back. Is a problem to go to Canada for your 1st H1 stamp with bachelors from India? I have maintained my...- rava99
